Flowtex F1 Mortar is a solvent and Nonylphenol free product, and practically odourless

Can be walked on after 24 hours. Full traffic after 36 hours. The product is fully hardened after 5-7 days.

Flowcrete epoxy resin finishes.
Maximum thickness is 40 mm, feathering down to 1 mm.
Prime with Flowprime (or Peran STC) – use Peran TCW for vertical surfaces.
Environment & Health
Flowcrete Flowtex F1 Mortar is a solvent and Nonylphenol free product, and practically odourless.
Follow the appropriate Occupational Health and Safety guidelines applicable to the location where the
application is undertaken. For more information, please refer to the safety datasheets for the individual
components, available from Flowcrete on request and sent with each delivery.
Ratio of components
2.4 parts of component A are mixed with 1 part of component B, and 23.9 parts of component C by weight.
The product is supplied in full units as A+B+C.
Do not split the components as this may jeopardise the end result.
Add Hardener B to Base A container. Mix with a slow speed drill and helical spinner head for 2 minutes.
Transfer mix to forced action mixer (e.g. Creteangle) and add Filler C. Mix to a homogeneous consistency.
Take care not to entrain air.
Immediately after mixing, place on the wet/tacky primer and spread out to give a uniform coverage.
Use a steel bladed trowel to finish.
