Mapei Latexplan TradeFast

Description

Mapei Latexplan TradeFast is a two-part rapid setting, fast drying smoothing compound.

It is ideal for smoothing new and existing substrates prior to the installation of floor coverings.

Latexplan Trade Fast can be walked on within one hour and is ready to receive floor coverings in less than 3 hours.

Coverage: One unit (A&B) will cover (approx) 4.5-5m² @ 3mm

Latexplan Trade Fast is used for levelling and smoothing differences in thicknesses of 3 to 10 mm (in one application) where rapid installation of all types of floor coverings is required on new and existing substrates.

Latexplan Trade Fast is suitable for high intensity, wheelchair traffic and chairs with castors.

Latexplan Trade Fast can also be used over most old adhesive residues including bitumen.

Latexplan Trade Fast is also suitable for use with underfloor heating.
