Description
Palace Chemicals fast flex is a fast setting floor levelling compound, which is recommended for application over a comprehensive range of floor surfaces.
This includes tamped or worn concrete and sand/cement floor screeds, as well as non-porous floors such as mastic asphalt, plywood and mildly abraded power-floated concrete.
It is particularly suited for installation in conjunction with heated sub-floors and can readily accommodate most types of wire-based sub-tile heating systems.
Fast Flex incorporates specially blended cements, graded sands, built-in polymers, anti-shrink agents, and organic super-plasticisers.
When mixed with water, it provides the ideal properties for application over a wide range of floor surfaces, including tamped or worn concrete, sand-cement floor screeds, plywood, and dense, impermeable surfaces.
It is also suitable for heated subfloors. Palace Chemicals Fast Flex will provide improved adhesion to all types of substrates and offer enhanced abrasion and point-load resistance. This product is not suitable for external application.
Palace Chemicals Fast Flex, when applied over a smooth, even, non-absorbent floor at an average depth of 3 mm, will cover an area of 5.0 m² at a rate of one 20 kg bag per 5.0 m².
To achieve consistent drying, it’s essential to maintain adequate ventilation and eliminate any draughts or excessive heat sources.
Palace Chemicals Fast Flex, when applied at 20°C & 65% RH under ideal site conditions, will allow for a working time of up to 20 minutes and then reach the initial set after 1 hour.
Palace Chemicals Fast Flex is available in 20kg moisture-resistant bags, ensuring durability and longevity in various storage conditions. When kept in a dry, unopened, and frost-free environment, this product boasts a storage life of at least 12 months. This makes it a reliable choice for anyone needing a quality product that remains effective over time.
