Ardex PU 30 11Kg is a ready-to-use, one component, low-emission polyurethane primer and moisture barrier for absorbent and non-absorbent subfloors. When fully dry, two coats of ARDEX PU30 produces a membrane which can accommodate hygrometer readings up to 98% RH. ARDEX PU30 meets the requirement guidelines for the EMICODE licence ‘EC1 PLUS’, achieving the lowest possible emission limits.
Ardex PU 30 11Kg can be used as a primer to penetrate, strengthen, and stabilise dusty, friable, or weak subfloors, or as a moisture barrier (two coats) for substrates in both internal and covered external areas i.e. garage floors.
Due to the reaction with moisture a hard and dry film will be achieved. ARDEX PU meets the requirement guidelines for the EMICODE licence ‘EC1 PLUS’, achieving the lowest possible emission
limits.

Walkability and over-coating can be achieved in as little as 1 hour at 20°C.
Drying time will be extended under cool and/or humid conditions.
