NX Rapid Pro 30 Floor Leveller is a single-part, ultra-rapid drying & super-smooth floor underlayment with outstanding high early strength.
Free from Portland cement, it flows across all surface types, the excellent levelling and flow properties make it ideal for preparing sub floors prior to installing tiles or resilient flooring products and can be finished off to a super-smooth surface finish, that is ideal for use in circumstances where fast access soon after laying is essential.
It sets after 30 minutes and will be ready to receive tile fixing after 45 to 60 minutes.
Soft floor coverings such as vinyl, laminates & linoleum can be laid on this surface as soon as 90 minutes.
The product is also suitable for use on timber floors which must be overlaid with a minimum 15mm to 18mm WBP Class 3 or Marine grade plywood fixed at maximum 300 centres to both joists and existing boards.
The plywood should be primed with a neat application of NX Primer, which should be allowed to dry prior to application of the levelling compound.
It is essential to ensure that the floor is sufficiently rigid and deflection free to support the additional weight of tiling before commencing.
The excellent levelling and flow properties of the product make it ideal for preparing sub floors prior to fixing all types or soft floor coverings such as carpet, vinyl and timber.
This rapid setting product has a setting time of 90 mins at 20°C permitting early foot traffic and fast track tile fixing
