Palace Chemicals Self-Level Floor Leveller offers a robust solution for smoothing solid subfloors before laying ceramic or decorative floor coverings. This protein-free, cement-based underlayment is specifically formulated to create an even surface, allowing for a consistently level finish. It works effectively at thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 12mm, ensuring a uniform screed that prepares your floors for the next layer seamlessly.

Palace Chemicals Self Level incorporates specially blended cements, finely graded sands and organic superplasticisers, which, with the addition of correctly gauged water, give the ideal properties for application to masonry-based floor surfaces such as tamped or worn concrete and sand/cement floor screeds.

On non-porous floors such as mastic asphalt, plywood, dense concrete, existing tiles and painted or sealed surfaces.

Mix Self-Level powder with Self-Level latex to enhance adhesion to the substrate. This combination allows you to use the product effectively on floors designed for under-tile heating systems.

COVERAGE

Palace Chemicals Self Level Floor Leveller, when applied over a smooth, even, non-absorbent floor at an average 3mm depth, will cover at a rate of one 20kg bag per 5.0M².

Adequate ventilation is essential during the drying process. Any draughts or exposure to excessive heat sources must be eliminated to ensure consistent drying.

CURING & DRYING

Palace Chemicals Self Level, when applied at 20°C & 65% RH under ideal site conditions, will allow for a working time of up to 20 minutes and then reach the initial set after 1 hour.

Under the above conditions, it will rapidly cure to allow light foot traffic after 3 hours, and will be ready to receive tiles after 4 hours and soft flooring after 24 hours.
